  • Description text Before our first session you will complete a brief intake form to help me get a sense of your history and what brings you to therapy. From there, our first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and begin to outline some goals to guide our work together. Therapy is a collaborative process — I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you as you figure out what comes next. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter and a lot more hopeful.

  • The length of therapy looks different for everyone and really depends on what brings you in and what you'd like to work toward. Some clients come in with a specific goal in mind and find that a few months of focused work is enough, while others prefer ongoing support as they continue to navigate life's transitions. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our work together based on what feels right for you — there's no pressure to stay longer than you need to, and no rush to wrap up before you're ready.

  • Session frequency is something we will determine together based on your individual needs and goals. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic foundation, and we adjust from there as you progress. Frequency is also partly determined by where you are emotionally — clients who need more support will meet more frequently, while those who are in a more stable place may find that bi-weekly or monthly sessions feel right. That said, your safety is always my top priority. While session frequency is always a collaborative conversation, I will strongly encourage more frequent sessions or an elevated level of care if at any point safety becomes a concern.

  • I exclusively see clients via telehealth and am currently accepting clients in Washington.

  • Yes, telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. Research consistently shows that virtual sessions produce the same outcomes as face-to-face treatment — and for many of my high speed and on-the-go clients, the comfort and convenience to meet with me wherever they are is definitely a plus.

  • While many of my clients tend to be millennials I work with adults of all ages 18+.

  • No. While my passion is empowering women to slow down and tackle their next chapter with sustainability and intention, I recognize that many of the issues I help clients navigate are not gendered and welcome working with others on a case by case basis.

If you would like to connect, feel free to schedule a consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If, for any reason, we decide not to move forward, I’d be happy to provide you with referrals to other providers in your community.

  • I do not accept insurance but can provide superbills for clients submitting out-of-network claims.*

*Reimbursement eligibility is dependent on your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the services provided, along with the necessary codes for insurance reimbursement. If you're paying out-of-pocket and want to submit for reimbursement, you can send this to your insurance company. Be sure to check with them first to make sure you're eligible for reimbursement based on your plan.
